Roger Cram
Roger has a way of explaining the Medicare process that makes it easy to understand. He operates an insurance agency in Madison, South Dakota, and is licensed to offer Medicare-related products in 26 states.
Roger has several degrees, including an associate’s degree in agriculture from Mankato Vo-Tech, a bachelor’s degree in Finance, and a bachelor’s degree in Insurance and Real Estate from Minnesota State University. He has owned Amerigroup Financial, LLC, an independent insurance marketing company contracted to offer a wide variety of insurance products, for well over a decade. Roger specializes in products for Medicare beneficiaries, including Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplement plans.
Roger came to work with Bridlewood Insurance through a rather unusual connection. He grew up in the same small town in Minnesota as Bridlewood’s President and CEO, Jeffrey Wetzel. Jeff shared his experience with the Medicare business, and Roger decided to add Medicare products to the portfolio of offerings available to his clients.
What Roger enjoys most about his work is helping people understand their Medicare options and potentially save hundreds of dollars a month. He especially appreciates being able to help people living on a fixed income who can benefit from finding coverage that better fits their needs and budget.
Born and raised on a farm in Waterville, Minnesota, Roger moved to Phoenix, Arizona after college, where he owned a mortgage company and a real estate agency. He later moved to Madison, South Dakota in 2012.
Outside of work, Roger enjoys UFC and NASCAR, traveling to Mexico, flying, trail riding in his UTV, entertaining friends at his lake home, boating, riding jet skis, and just about anything involving cars. He loves speed!

She specializes in Medicare Supplement products, Medicare Part D prescription drug coverage, and Medicare Advantage Part C plans. Sarah is fully licensed to offer Medicare products in South Dakota and Arizona and has completed the required AHIP training to offer Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug Plans.
Sarah attended Dakota State University in Madison, South Dakota. A self-described numbers person, she has always had an interest in mathematics and brings that analytical approach to helping her clients understand their coverage choices.
Like many agents, Sarah found her way into the Medicare business through an unexpected career change. She was working as a printer for the Madison Daily Leader when the newspaper was purchased by a larger company and its printing operations were consolidated. Amerigroup Financial recognized Sarah’s potential and offered her an opportunity to become a licensed Medicare agent. She accepted, and the rest is history.
Sarah’s favorite part of the Medicare business is helping people who need guidance. Whether she is helping someone understand which plan may best fit their needs, find government assistance programs they may qualify for, reduce their healthcare costs, or obtain better coverage, Sarah enjoys making the Medicare process easier to understand.
Sarah grew up on a farm in Wentworth, South Dakota, and attended school in Colman. A lifelong South Dakotan, she now lives on Lake Madison in Madison, South Dakota.
Sarah has four grown sons, William, Thomas, Frank, and Joseph, who share interests in aviation and computers. After Thomas was injured in a diving accident and began using a wheelchair, Sarah gained firsthand experience navigating Medicare, disability-related needs, and the programs available to individuals and families who need additional assistance. That experience has given her an even greater appreciation for the importance of helping clients understand the resources available to them.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys traveling, trail riding in UTVs, biking, boating, swimming, yoga, eating healthy, and spending time watching her sons build successful lives of their own. She also has three cats, Amelia, Mo, and Daryl.
